1. I can’t start the game when I attach my HUD.

We use a media function. Please touch a white box when you see it after you attach your game HUD and wait for a while.

2. My HUD keeps showing “Now Loading”.

Accepted Answer

This could happen when the SIM is crowded or because of your internet connection.
In that case, please reattach your game HUD, or try to play at another time.

3. My HUD stopped working and I can’t play the game.

Accepted Answer

Please reattach your game HUD if it stops or does not work properly.
We introduced an auto-save function. Please select the auto-save point from the loading menu. However, please note that, by using this save point, you may not be able to start from exactly where the HUD stopped working.
If your HUD still stops working, please contact us.

4. I want to delete all of the save points and my data, and start this game again."

Accepted Answer

If you hope to delete ALL of your data, please contact us.
By doing it, you will lose your survival points, items, and movie history. If you want to keep them, please select “New Game” from the loading screen.

5. I’d like to watch videos again.

Accepted Answer

You can watch videos you saw from the HUD’s Menu tab -> Movie History.
You cannot see videos that you have not seen yet, or the one that you saw in the encounting game.

7. What is a survival point?

Accepted Answer

You can get it when you successfully come back from the underworld. You may exchange 5 points to 1 fuda.
If you have this fuda, it’s automatically used and prevents you from being dragged into the underworld.
You can exchange points and fudas by speaking to the Shrine Priest.

8. I can’t solve a puzzle

You need to collect items and information to solve the puzzle.
Please make use of the items and read memos carefully.
